Join me each month for an online cacao ceremony—a chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect. This isn’t about spirituality; it’s a safe space to reflect, unwind, and prioritise yourself. Cacao serves as a tool for emotional nourishment, supporting your journey towards balance in nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional health.
These ceremonies are designed to help you let go of stress and tune into what your body needs. Through meditation, journaling, and quiet reflection, you’ll find clarity and peace, without any judgment or expectation. You don’t need to follow any particular belief system—just come as you are.
Held online, the ceremony is flexible and accessible from anywhere. You can keep your camera off if that feels more comfortable—this is your time to connect with yourself, not to perform. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive community that shares the intention of healing and personal growth.
And if you're local to the west of Ireland, I also host occasional in-person cacao ceremonies in Mayo and Galway. These seasonal pop-up gatherings offer a chance to connect face-to-face in sacred, supportive spaces—often timed with the cycles of the seasons or the energy of the moon.

The format of the ceremony isn’t planned in advance; as people begin to sign up, the ceremony reveals itself to me.

Start with a simple step: make a cup of cacao, take a moment, and breathe. That’s it. Over time, this can become a daily or weekly rhythm—an opportunity to check in with yourself, slow down, and just be.
Cacao doesn’t require any special tools, skills, or rituals. It’s simply about carving out time for you.

Preparing Cacao for ceremony
Preparing cacao is about slowing down and connecting with yourself, not about getting it perfect. Here’s an easy way to prepare ceremonial cacao:
Measure around 40g of cacao (feel free to adjust depending on your preferences).
Heat 200–350ml of hot water or plant-based milk. Keep it warm, but not boiling, to preserve the nutrients.
Optional additions: Add a pinch of cinnamon, cayenne, or a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
Blend using a whisk, milk frother, or blender until smooth and creamy.
